Start with a decision, not a channel

A brand strategy should help you make choices. Who is the work for? What problem do you understand especially well? What would you refuse to do, even if a competitor did it? Specific answers give your communication a center of gravity.

Make the difference useful

Being different is only valuable when that difference matters to someone. Connect your point of view to a real audience need. Replace broad words like innovative or premium with a concrete explanation of what changes for the customer.

Use repetition with intention

Once your core idea is clear, express it consistently across your site, sales materials, and campaigns. Consistency does not mean identical layouts. It means that every touchpoint reinforces the same understanding of the brand.

A useful place to begin

Write one sentence that explains who you help, what you help them do, and why your approach makes sense. Then compare it with your homepage. If the two tell different stories, you have a productive place to start.
