This notice describes the current Inktel Studio website. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].
Information on this website
The website does not create visitor accounts, use analytics trackers, set advertising cookies, or store your project brief. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website rather than requested from third-party font or image services.
The project brief builder
Details entered in the contact form remain in your browser’s current page while you prepare the brief. The form does not submit those details to a server. Selecting “Open email app” passes the prepared details to your chosen email application; you review and send the email yourself. Downloading a brief saves a text file on your device.
Email enquiries
If you email the studio, your email provider and the recipient’s provider handle the message according to their own privacy practices. The studio uses information you choose to send to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial project conversation.
Hosting and technical requests
A website hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. The local preview runs on your computer. Production hosting and its applicable retention settings must be identified before a public launch.
Your choices
You can contact the studio to ask about information you have shared or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Closing or reloading the page clears the brief held by this site; downloaded files and sent emails remain under the control of the applications where you saved them.
Updates
This notice should be updated if the site adds analytics, a hosted contact form, accounts, or other services that change how information is processed.
